Our Agreement with You

When you book a private vehicle with larataxitransfer.com, you secure transport solely for your own party. We do not operate shared shuttle services, meaning no other travellers will join you on your journey to Lara, Kundu, or Antalya.

The rate we confirm with you in writing is for the complete vehicle rather than per passenger. This amount is finalised before you travel, ensuring you know the exact cost of your journey to your holiday destination.

Arrival and Meeting Instructions

After landing at Antalya Airport and collecting your luggage, please make your way to the arrivals area. You will find our representative waiting at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel. They will guide you directly to your booked vehicle.

Our office keeps track of your arrival time using your flight number. Should your landing be delayed, the driver adjusts their schedule to ensure they are there when you land. There are no extra charges for flight delays, as we ensure your driver is ready regardless of your actual landing time.

Safety Seats for Children

We accommodate families travelling with infants and young children by offering baby seats, child seats, and booster seats suitable for all ages. These safety seats are a paid extra and are never included in the standard vehicle rate. If you require them, please specify the age and weight of your children when contacting us. The cost for these seats will be calculated and added to the agreed price before your journey begins.

Amending or Cancelling Your Booking

If your holiday plans change, or if you need to cancel your transfer to Lara or the surrounding Antalya districts, please write to our team as soon as possible. We handle all amendments and cancellations manually through email or our contact form. We will update your booking details or confirm your cancellation in writing once we receive your request.

Vehicle Standards and Use

Every car and van in our fleet is fully licensed, insured, and smoke-free. We guarantee that the vehicle category you select during the booking process is the exact class that will collect you at the airport. To help us provide the most suitable vehicle, please inform us of the exact number of passengers and suitcases in your party before you travel.
